Make Healthy soup @home for winter


Wash the first chopped spinach with water thoroughly. Wash the hot water once or twice. Now make this spinach gravy. Heat oil in a non stick pan. Add the chopped onion, as the oil starts to heated. Fry until it turns brown in color. Then add the chopped garlic, salt and pepper to it and mix it properly. Now add all these ingredients to a mixer with a spinach. Make all the ingredients fine by making them a smooth paste.

Now heat the butter in one strain. When heated, add the maida and stir it for 5 to 7 minutes. Now stir it quickly by adding milk to it. So that the tumor does not remain in the dough. After few minutes add the spinach gravy and boil it well. You can add water to it if you need it. If the broth is boiled well then serve it hot.
