GANDHINAGAR: In a surprise move, the state government on Thursday transferred three mid-level IAS officers within five days of their posting in a new place. The officers were last transferred on July 12 as part of a major shuffle in the babudum. The fresh transfer order fuelled speculations over the reasons behind such an abrupt decision.
